    Sign at the sub-registrar. Receive khata, EC, and possession letter. Shade the plot with the first sapling.

Are YS Builders plots RERA approved?

Yes. Every layout we sell — Sunrise Valley and Green Meadows included — is registered with K-RERA (Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority) and cleared by BMRDA / DTCP before any plot is marketed. Our RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/220214.

Which banks finance plots in YS Builders townships?

HDFC, SBI and ICICI have pre-approved both our flagship projects. Loan sanction typically closes within 10 working days of site visit, and we co-ordinate directly with your relationship manager at the bank.

What plot sizes and prices are available?

Plots start at 1,200 sqft and go up to 4,800 sqft. Sunrise Valley (Devanahalli) starts at ₹11.4 L, and Green Meadows (Kanakapura Road) starts at ₹8.4 L. All rates are indicative — please check the live inventory on this page for current availability.

Where exactly are the townships located?

Sunrise Valley is 8 km from Kempegowda International Airport, Devanahalli (North Bengaluru). Green Meadows sits on the NH-209 Kanakapura Road corridor in South Bengaluru, near the Cauvery backwaters.

Is the title clear and registered?

Yes. All titles are scrutinised by an independent legal panel before launch. The sale deed is registered at the jurisdictional sub-registrar office as part of the handover package — along with the Khata and Encumbrance Certificate.
