Yes. Every layout — SLP Kempe Gowda Layout and Shri Hasanamba Layout — is registered with K-RERA and cleared by BMRDA / DTCP before any plot is marketed. RERA No: PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/220214.

Which banks finance these plots?

HDFC, SBI and ICICI have pre-approved both projects. Loan sanction typically closes within 10 working days of site visit.

What plot sizes and prices are available?

Plots start at 1,200 sqft and go up to 4,800 sqft. SLP Kempe Gowda Layout starts at ₹11.4 L; Shri Hasanamba Layout starts at ₹8.4 L.

Is the title clear and registered?
